These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the DTCUK service (“we”, “our”, “us”, or the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Service Description

DTCUK provides an automated service that searches for earlier practical driving test appointments on the UK DVSA website and automatically attempts to book available slots that match your preferences.

To use the service, you must provide your DVSA driving licence details and booking reference number. By submitting these details, you authorize us to access, monitor, and modify your test booking on your behalf.


2. No Affiliation With DVSA

DTCUK is an independent service and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) or any of its subsidiaries. All references to DVSA are made solely to describe the nature of the service provided.


3. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days from the date of payment, provided the search has not been successfully completed.

Refunds are not available if:

  • We have already booked an earlier test that matches your preferences.

  • You cancel or manually change your DVSA test date after starting the service.

  • You disable automatic booking or interfere with the search process.

To request a refund, email us at email within 14 days of payment. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.


4. Limitations & Booking Responsibility

We do not guarantee a specific date or time — only that a test will be booked within the range (dates, test centres, times) you selected.

In some cases, no earlier test slots may become available. We are not responsible if DVSA does not release any slots during your search period.

Once we have successfully booked an earlier test that matches your preferences, it becomes your responsibility to manage that booking via the official DVSA website.

We are not liable for missed appointments, rescheduling issues, or any consequences after a booking has been made.


5. Customer Responsibility

By using the service, you agree that you are solely responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date DVSA booking details

  • Checking your email regularly for booking updates or notifications

  • Managing your test appointment via the DVSA website once a slot is booked

  • Attending the test with appropriate documentation and a suitable vehicle


6. Changes & Cancellation

Due to the automated nature of our service, we cannot cancel or pause the search once it has started.

However, you may update your preferences (test centres, dates, times) at any time during the active search period via your account dashboard.


7. Privacy & Data

By using our Service, you consent to us securely storing and processing your personal information strictly for the purpose of providing our service.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as necessary to operate the service — for example, to interact with DVSA systems to search for and modify your test appointment as authorized by you.

8. Usage Restrictions

Each DTCUK account is for use with a single driving licence only. Sharing accounts or using one account for multiple bookings may result in suspension without refund.

All content, branding, software, and features on this website are the intellectual property of DTCUK. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without prior written consent.


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Service after any such update means you accept the revised Terms.
